It is with heartfelt gratitude that I thank each and every one of you for allowing me to guide you as you develop the skills, the wisdom and the desire to uncover true balance in your life. In addition to your commitment to Tae Kwon Do, my commitment to you is to help you reach your goals to achieve your highest potential physically, mentally and spiritually. Always remember that peace within your heart must be perfected before it can be shared. Together, let us strive for harmony, unity and the ability to share these attribute with others.
Our students love to attend classes taught by our top-notch team of champion instructors. They have lots of fun mastering new skills, doing warm-ups and cheering one another on.

We encourage and challenge students to excel, because it is how we were taugh. Our classes are small enough that students have a chance to get to know one another as friends. Their cammaraderie is genuine and welcoming to all new students.

In every class, we end with a reminder that children must respect and honor their parents, family and teachers. It is one of ten Student Home Rules that students must memorized and follow to earn their black belts. The rules are simple and requires only regular practice to build good value system in a child’s mind.
Tae Kwon Do is about having steely nerves and intense focus while remaining agile and centered. These are some of the many remarkable skills that we teach in training. In addition, students learn proper stance, balance, breathing and visualization.

The unique skills that is required of a martial artists are the same ones that makes for a successful and balanced person.

What makes an effective leader? How do you attain those qualities? We demonstrate and teach it everyday, in every class. It is a part of the Master/Student relationship in Taekwondo. We teach our students the way we have been taught. When the students become black belts, they are then able to mentor new students. In the process, they become role models and leaders in this truly unique art.
